The Research and Consulting Division is the largest unit of NRI America. Its expertise extends across various industries not only in the U.S. but also in Latin America. We provide a wide range of services to our clients to help them expand their businesses, including industrial trends and company research, designing corporate structures and creating business strategies for both established companies and startup companies. We also collaborate with governments and multi-national companies to facilitate launching offices in new countries. In addition, we identify and discover the most suitable business partners and support M&A opportunities.

The Financial Services Research and Technology Division is where NRI America began. In 1967, NRI America was established to provide information to financial institutions by identifying the latest financial market trends in New York City. Currently, our role is to research and analyze financial market trends in major cities in the U.S. and in European countries to provide information to both our clients and the NRI group. In addition, we directly offer our clients financial research and IT services.

The IT Support Service Division develops information systems on site for our clients' primarily financial institutions. We bring them various IT support to achieve their goal, such as developing systems from scratch, system maintenance & operational management, and an IT helpdesk.

Tailored to each project, NRI America leads our clients' success in global business development by bringing together our expertise, knowledge and experience with more then 10,000 specialists in our global network.

Our Administrative Division supports and manages NRI America's business expansion. In addition, we manage the groups' internal shared-services of human resources, accounting & finance, and IT support for Nomura Research Institute Holdings America, Inc. (NRIHA).
